50% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot, 20% Malbo gentile
Late September for Merlot and Malbo Gentile; first half of October for Sangiovese, depending on the state of maturation
Vinification with maceration on the skins for about 10 days. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in contact with the skins in stainless steel.
Aged in stainless steel for 7-8 months
Vinous and slightly herbaceous
In the mouth it is soft, enveloping and persistent
It is suitable with mixed starters of crostini and cured meats. It is excellent as a meditation wine.
